巴黎政治學院（http://www.sciencespo.fr/en）被譽為法國社會精英的搖籃，法國70%的政治家、80%的企業管理者，以及幾乎所有法語國家的總統、總理都曾是她的學生。現任法國總統薩科奇，前任總統希拉克，聯合國前秘書長加利都畢業于巴黎政治學院。在法蘭西第五共和國，幾乎所有的總統總理都是巴黎政治學院畢業的。

巴黎政治學院設有9個擅長多學科綜合與比較研究中心，在政治學、社會學、經濟學和歷史學四大學科領域享有國際盛譽。巴黎政治學院的教學包括本部、博士生院、新聞學院、傳播學院（2007）、公共事務學院和繼續教育學院，設有學士、碩士和博士個階段，碩士階段設有公共事務、傳播學（2007年創立傳播學院），市場營銷，市場調查、歐洲事務、國際事務，發展事務，財政、金融、經濟學和歷史等等12個專業，一個雙語工商管理碩士(MBA)文憑和一個歐洲公共管理碩士 (MPA)課程。
