ACCA在國內稱為"國際注冊會計師"，實際上是特許公認會計師公會(The Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants)的縮寫，它是英國具有特許頭銜的4家注冊會計師協會之一，也是當今最知名的國際性會計師組織之一。
報考資格：
1.具有教育部認可的大專以上學歷，既可以報名成為ACCA的正式學員。
2.教育部認可的高等院校在校生，且順利通過第一學年的所有課程考試，既可報名成為ACCA正式學員。
3.未符合以上報名資格的申請者，而年齡在21歲以上，可以遵循成年考生(MSER)途徑申請入會。該途徑允許學生作為ACCA校外進修生學習，只須在前兩年的四次考試中通過1.1和1.2兩門課程，便能以正式學員身份繼續參加其它課程考試。
部分財務、會計相關專業大學在校或畢業學生，參加ACCA考試注冊時，可以獲得一定科目的免試權。下面就來看看英國哪些大學專業具有免考資格。
1、巴斯大學 (University of Bath)
專業：會計和金融本科課程 BSc(Hons)Accounting and Finance & 會計和金融碩士課程MSc Accounting and Finance
免考科目：6門(F1-F4F7F9)/5門(F1-F4，F7)
2、格拉斯哥大學 (University of Glasgow)
專業：會計與財務(Bachelor of Accounting and Finance) & 財務會計(Accountancy with Finance)
免考科目：均為9門(F1-F9)
3、卡迪夫大學 (University of Cardiff)
專業：BSc Accounting&Accounting and Finance
免考科目：8門(F1-F4，F5-F6，F8-F9)
4、斯特林大學 (University of Stirling)
專業：會計學學士課程(Bachelor of Accountancy)&國際會計與金融碩士課程(MSc International Accounting and Finance)
免考科目：7門(F1-F4，F5，F7，F9)/6門(F1-F4，F7，F9)
5、鄧迪大學 (University of Dundee)
專業：MSc Professional Accountancy
免考科目：9門(F1-F9)
6、華威大學 (University of Warwick)
專業：會計和金融本科課程(BSc Accounting and Finance)
免考科目：8門(F1-F4，F4-F6，F7F9)
7、紐卡斯爾大學 (University of Newcastle)
專業：MA International Financial Analysis 國際金融分析
免考科目：4門(F1-F4)
8、牛津布魯克斯大學 (University of Oxford Brookes)
專業：MScAccounting 會計碩士
免考科目：9門(F1-F9)
9、倫敦城市大學 (City University of London)
專業：MSc International Accounting and Finance
免考科目：6門
10、伯明翰城市大學 (Birmingham City University)
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Course (ACCA) - Full-time ：需要通過F1，F2，F3等三門考試
MSc Accountancy and Finance (ACCA Pathway) – MSc ：可以免考9門；雅思6.5，每一項不低于6.0
11、西英格蘭大學 (University of the West of England)
MSC Accounting and Financial Management：免考6門
